I'm a Project Controls leader with 9+ years in EPC construction delivery — the last 4+ in Saudi Arabia — running the full Project Controls function at Saudi Sicli: an SAR 450M portfolio of 26 active projects delivered directly to Maaden, Marafiq, Royal Commission, SEC, National Grid SA, Luberef (Aramco JV) and SWCC.

I built Planning, Cost Engineering, Schedule Control, QS, Materials Control and Contract Administration into a single integrated controls discipline — leading 3 functional heads, 2 contract engineers and ~30 professionals. I'm the designated Contract Administrator on the Maaden Phosphate 3 Phase 1 framework — client-designated Key Personnel on both framework packages.

The outcomes speak for themselves: variations and EOT claims administered to client acceptance across the portfolio, nine subcontract agreements authored, audited and closed end-to-end, and a 90-day PMO transition roadmap authored for the portfolio.
